MISSIONS

Acts 4:18-20—Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus. But Peter and John replied, ‘Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God’s sight to obey you rather than God. For we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.

Who Will Be The Answer

There’s a world of hurting people asking burning questions;

facing a tomorrow without a hope today.

Who will go and show them Light to end their darkness,

Who will hear His call and obey?

Who will be the answer, to a world with questions

Who will be Your servants Lord?

Think of what a difference Jesus made inside you

once your heart was empty, until you found the Lord.

Faith in God’s own Son, changed your life forever

You believed His Word and obeyed.

I will be Your answer, to a world of questions

I will be Your servant Lord!

Nothing else must hinder, the race I run for God

To share His holy message, to hear His holy call!

We will be Your answer to a world of questions

We will be Your servants Lord!

Inspiration

We are apt to forget that the great reason for missionary enterprise is not first the elevation of the people; nor first the education of the people; nor even first the salvation of the people, but first and foremost the command of Jesus Christ—‘Go ye therefore, and make disciples of all the nations.’—Oswald Chambers in So Send I You
